South Wales Model Shoot.

Wow. what a day, four pro-photographers and three great girls all willing to model in strange locations and poses around Cardiff bay. The weather was against us, a bit foggy and rainy but it didn't dampen spirits. We had kind permission to use Salt as a meeting/changing place also do some shooting in there. All the togs were experimenting with lighting and poses to see what could be produced. At the end all enjoyed the day so much we are up for another model shoot with a different theme when ever it can be arranged. A few pictures of one of the models, Jodi Burgess is shown, she was a pleasure to work with. Would like to work with her again if the opportunity arose. A thanks to Jason Aspinall of Chilly at the bottom Photography for organising it and all who put so much hard work into it.

THE NORGROVE FAMILY. I was approached late November to donate a prize to a charity event in Monmouth where I am based which was to take place on December 9th. At first I was a bit stuck with what to donate and came up with a Portrait sitting with a large framed print of their choice from the sitting. The evening was ticket entry with a meal and a fashion show. So close to Christmas I thought it would not be too well patronised but it was a total sell out!! After the event the winner contacted me and the sitting was arranged, with a request, could I get the framed picture ready for Christmas. A bit of a rush but managed it. The family were very pleased with the sitting and the proof pictures. Not only was the free framed picture presented but other pictures were also requested from the proofs. The picture is the chosen framed one.
